Your Jext® has an expiry date and may be less effective after that date. You can register with the ALK Expiry Alert service to receive alerts warning you when your Jext® is due to expire and needs to be replaced by your GP.
We will send through notifications by either SMS or email, or both, notifying you when your Jext® is due to expire. When your Jext® expires, visit your GP to dispose of the expired Jext® and collect a replacement.
You will receive free alerts notifying you:
4 & 2 weeks prior to, and the day after the expiration of your Jext®
